Usage Guidelines
At Equipt Rentals, we prioritize safety and satisfaction for our clients. All equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions. Damages incurred through negligence or misuse may be charged to the renter. Our rental period is adjustable, yet ensures you have ample time to complete your projects. Cancellations require a minimum notice period to ensure fairness to all clients. By renting you agree to all stated terms.
Equipment Use Requirements
To rent from Equipt Rentals, you must be 18 years or older and possess valid identification. We require all renters to provide a credit card, which will be held as a deposit for the rental duration. It is crucial that all individuals using the rented equipment are trained and competent to do so. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety goggles, gloves, and appropriate footwear must be worn at all times while operating machinery. We reserve the right to deny rental requests based on safety assessments.
Liability and Responsibilities
Renters are fully responsible for returning equipment in the condition it was received. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period will incur additional charges. Inspections will be performed upon equipment return to assess condition. Clients are encouraged to inspect equipment prior to use and report any issues immediately to ensure a smooth rental experience.
